I got these from another site for a very good deal and would have written a review there, but they are all gone and so the listing for the boot was taken off the site. My reason for posting a review is to give advice on sizing as I wish I was able to find out more before I bought these boots (if people actually put the exact size of their feet in inches). By doing this it makes the probability of getting the right size much greater which is a good thing when you are buying shoes online. I've bought many shoes online that had to be returned because the size was too big or too tight. Anyway these are my first pair of Frye boots and I must say that I was not disappointed.

I was a bit concerned about the sizing as I wear sizes 7 1/2- 8 1/2 depending on the shoe and brand. I ended up getting an 8 1/2 in these and its a good thing I did because it fits my left foot perfectly (my bigger foot which measures 9 3/4 inches). I will have put something in the heel of the right boot in order to make it fit right as my right foot is 9 1/2 inches in length.

Overall I am very happy with these boots. They are the perfect height for wearing all day and the canvas makes it wearable even now for summer (I got the grey leather/canvas pair).
